Our standard data erasure procedure
1. Each device is being tested on functionality. Only 100% functional devices will and can be securely erased. In case of a malfunction, the broken device will be scrapped with the help of a special mechanical data shredder including certification and documentation of this process.
2. Data Erasure process begins in line with the data erasure protocol chosen
3. Data Erasure software documents all steps along the whole data erasure process
4. Ultimate data erasure certificate will be issued, stating all relevant device information and data erasure information (e. g. completion check, data erasure protocol applied, serial number of the device, date & time)
