TPM is a maintenance and service contract for third-party IT hardware. With Tonitrus TPM, you can extend the lifecycle of your servers, storage, and network devices, reduce unexpected repair costs, and ensure the availability of your IT systems – regardless of whether the devices are new, used, refurbished, or already classified by the manufacturer as EOL (End-of-Life) / EOS (End-of-Service).
The maintenance contract can start on a date specified by you.
You can have the maintenance contract activated at a suitable start date (e.g., the end date of the manufacturer’s support).
Once your maintenance contract is activated, the required spare parts are stocked in our service warehouse to ensure availability according to your SLA.
The minimum contract term is usually 12 months. However, individual agreements are always possible.
