3 year warranty

We have high quality standards. We therefore always test our goods before delivery and only dispatch flawless products. If your products purchased from us do have a defect or no longer function properly after some time, you will find all the information you need on the subject of warranty services below.

AAll our servers, storage and network devices come with a full 3-year warranty, completely free of charge and without any ifs or buts! This is already included in the normal purchase price and is therefore automatically part of every device purchased from us.

The warranty period is 3 years from the date of performance. We take the date of performance stated on the invoice as the reference date.

Our guarantee covers all possible defects except, of course, those caused by external force. This guarantee is a voluntary service provided by us. The statutory warranty rights apply independently of this guarantee and are not restricted by this guarantee.
